I was thinking today how Facebook pages are the new portrait. The average user complies information about him/herself to produce a digital snapshot. In photography’s beginning, photographers such as Henry Fox Talbot and Deguerre took images of their stuff because technical limitations kept them from obtaining sufficient photos of people. With this project I am repurposing the information into a new photographic portrait.
